I picked up another bike this weekend. It's a 1987 Schwinn Prelude I got for a great price at a pawn shop. It is a better quality bike than my '83 Raleigh Marathon, more along the lines of the Nishiki Olympic 12 I used to have. I will end up selling either the Prelude or the Marathon, keeping the one I like best (I try to limit myself to one bike per decade). More pics after I've cleaned it up, but here's a teaser for now:

Good luck on the 1 bike per decade thing. Looks like a great bike. I like those brake levers.
As Big Oak said, a good looking bike. Seeing the saddle height you must have a hell of a leg length!
One bike per decade, eh? Since the safety bicycle started in about 1885 I guess you must have a rather large shed!
Well, so far, it's one bike per decade I've been around so it starts in the '60s.
THe one thing Doohickie did not mention in this post and that is me. His lovely wife that agreed to allow another bike in the house before he sold one.
I love you, honey!
:D
Congratulations, Dad :)
Good on you, PennyCandy and praise where praise is deserved!
