Every year, the Fairmount Historic District on Fort Worth's near southside does a historic home tour. They kick off the weekend with a neighborhood parade, and this year I participated, riding my vintage Raleigh DL-1 (unintentional self-portrait)

There were some older cars

But the parade was dominated by bikes

The parade had two "queens"

They are guys I regularly ride with.
More bikes...

It was a fun way to start the weekend.

Looks like fun and it seems the weather cooperated... And there is nothing like a parade in which the Royalty are present!
Very groovy.e
